Experience our Signature High Cheese alongside a playful Teddy Bear Takeover at Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park. This elevated offering pairs a refined, cheese-led high tea experience with nostalgic, feel-good moments in partnership with multi-generational brand Build-A-Bear. Guests of all ages can enjoy the Signature High Cheese or opt for a Teddy Bear High Tea and Teddy Bears’ Picnic, complete with the Build-A-Bear Heart Ceremony where the magic of childhood comes to life. As part of this partnership, Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park proudly supports Bear Cottage, the only children’s hospice in NSW. Guests will have the opportunity to donate, helping provide care and support for children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
Signature High Cheese - Will Studd
Enjoy The Gallery’s High Cheese experience, curated in partnership with renowned affineur Will Studd. A savoury-led take on the classic high tea, this offering celebrates exceptional cheeses through a balanced progression of light bites, artisanal selections and refined pastries.
Guests can enjoy their choice of coffee and a selection of The Tea Centre premium loose-leaf teas. Celebrating an occasion, then upgrade your high tea to include a glass of Tyrrell's Estate Grown Chardonnay or Shiraz for $20 for two.

Build-A-Bear Teddy Bear Cave
Add extra fun to your Teddy Bear High Tea in the heart of Sydney’s CBD! Every Saturday from 11:00am to 3:00pm, little guests can visit the Teddy Bear Cave and build their very own personalised bear with Build-A-Bear – complete with outfits and accessories to make it truly one of a kind.

In partnership with Build-A-Bear, Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park invites you to delight in a three-tiered, family-friendly high tea in Sydney with traditional favourites like Egg Mayonnaise Finger Sandwich on white bread, Wild Mushroom & spinach Quiche, and scones, and special teddy bear-themed sweet treats, including teddy bear honey almond cake and teddy bear cake pops. Ignite your inner child with your very own exclusive Sheraton Build-A-Bear to keep. Our furry friend is sure to become your new best friend.

Teddy bears are taking over Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park in partnership with Build-A-Bear. Gather your family and friends for the ultimate Teddy Bear High Tea Buffet with your very own exclusive Sheraton Build-A-Bear to keep.
Enjoy sweet teddy bear themed treats including triple chocolate teddy bear cake, teddy bear tartlets and cupcakes and teddy bear Sheraton Honey Crème Brulee. Cold and hot savoury items will also be in abundance as well as traditional scones with jam and cream.
To elevate your Sydney high tea experience, opt for an endless flow of sparkling wine to accompany your tea and coffee. No visit would be complete without a trip to the iconic chocolate fountain, offering a variety of delectable dippable delights.
Gluten free and vegan options are also available.

Teddy Bears' Picnic
Collect your exclusive Sheraton Build-A-Bear and picnic hamper with bear inspired treats to take on a journey across the road to Hyde Park and enjoy your very own Teddy Bears' picnic in Sydney with your new furry friend.
Each hamper includes fresh salads, crusty baguettes and sandwiches, charcuterie and artisan cheese. Sweet treats include traditional scones, red velvet cake and teddy bear themed honey almond cake, teddy bear cake pops and teddy bear cookies.
$105 per adult

Hampers, blankets, and picnic equipment are to be returned post picnic.
A fee of $120 will be charged if not returned.
Teddy Bear High Tea Buffet and Build-A-Bear Workshop
Build-A-Bear are known for their bear workshops where guests can pick a furry friend and bring it to life with a Heart Ceremony. Build-A-Bear will be recreating this special ceremony at Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park on the first Saturday of every month.
Build-A-Bear will be onsite for two sessions; 11:30am and 2pm.
Following the completion of the workshop, guests can indulge in the Teddy Bear High Tea Buffet. Enjoy sweet teddy bear themed treats including triple chocolate teddy bear cake, teddy bear tartlets and cupcakes and teddy bear Sheraton Honey Crème Brulee. Cold and hot savoury items will also be in abundance as well as traditional scones with jam and cream and unlimited tea and coffee.
