Spring is officially here and to bring in the new season our pastry chefs have created a fresh high tea menu with an extra sweet twist. 

The Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park rooftop bees have produced their first batch of honey which has been harvested for exclusive use at The Gallery. 

Enjoy our much loved sweet and savoury classics as well as honey infused highlights including Lemon, Honey, Chicken & Apple Salad Slider and Almond & Marmalade Honey Blondie Madeleine. 

Enhance your high tea with our Rooftop Bees Knees cocktail with Poor Toms Gin, fresh pressed lemon and Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Parks Bees honey for an additional $24.

Enjoy the lavish high tea that we are known for, with an exquisitely festive twist. Offering a combination of sweet and savoury delights paired with coffee and selection of premium loose-leaf teas and free-flowing sparkling wine for 1.5 hours.

On Saturdays & Sundays the high tea tower is transformed into a bottomless buffet; the festive season is about sharing after all!
